Changes in MOIL9.1

The MOIL9.1 released in June, 2004. It kept MOIL9 and added following to GUI and graphic viewer:

• Web interface to submit job to CBSU with build-in web client
• New features of visualization program (GUI/cmoil) :
  • protein secondary structure display
  • protein surface display
  • structure overlap
  • simple menu to cmoil

The added code was tested on Windows platform.
