Notes:

## You will need to install rgi by yourself using conda

## If you do not have miniconda installed in your home directory, please follow the instructions to install miniconda3.

## create a rgi environment under /workdir/$USER. (By default, conda would create an environment in your home directory. As the rgi writes a database in the environment path,  the "-p" option is used  to create the environment under /workdir.

mkdir /workdir/$USER
source activate /home/$USER/miniconda3/bin/activate
conda create -y -c bioconda -p /workdir/$USER/rgi rgi

## activate rgi environment and run rgi

conda activate /workdir/$USER/rgi

rgi

##after you are done, deactive environment

conda deactivate
