Notes:

To setup swarmops, follow this instruction:

export PATH=/programs/Anaconda2/bin:$PATH

source activate swarmops-env

Now you are ready to use the swarmops.

After you are done, you can use "source deactivate" to exit the virtual environment.

To run stairway-plot, you will need to download the software zip file to your home directory, unzip it. You can also copy the software from our local copy to your home directory:

cp -r /programs/stairway_plot/ $HOME/

from this directory, you can run the java code:

java -cp ./swarmops.jar Stairway_plot_theta_estimation02
