Notes:

ngsTools is a package of several different programs and auxiliary scripts located in various subdirectories of /programs/ngsTools. Executables of these programs are NOT in your PATH, so each of them has to be called using full path, e.g.,

/programs/ngsTools/ngsF/ngsF [options]

Please explore subdirectories (sometimes nested!) of /programs/ngsTools for locations of executables and auxiliary scripts.
