Notes:

In order to use MACS2 you need to set up its environment first with the following command:
source /programs/bin/util/setup_macs2.sh
NOTE: You cannot use MACS (ver 1) and MACS2 in the same session. After setting up MACS2 environment MACS ver 1 will not work until you log off and log in again.

After setting up the environment MACS2 is in your PATH and can be used directly:

macs2 [options]
