Notes:

You need to use full path to the program. There are two versions, one optimized for AMD Opteron CPU the other for Intel CPU.

On AMD Opteron machines (cbsulm02-10) you should use
/programs/CAP3/cap3a [options]
/programs/CAP3/formcona [options]

On all other machines you should use
/programs/CAP3/cap3i [options]
/programs/CAP3/formconi [options]
